Instructions For Submitting Artwork

1Download

Save the appropriate template file or zip folder to your computer for each element of your overall package design. We request that you submit all design files for the job at the same time.

2Open

All templates can be opened and placed into any design program and version you prefer. The list of acceptable programs can be found in our Guidebook and FAQ’s. Make sure all art files are zipped together and identified by artist and catalog number. Please include complete client and designer contact information along with relevant job details.

3Upload

Please upload all files via our client center app.atozmedia.com or as a last resort shared with your A to Z representative through a file transfer service such as Dropbox.

Once complete assets are submitted, A to Z will begin internally processing files through our extensive preflight before formally proofing files back to you for final approval.
